St. Andrew's Community

Welcome to St Andrew’s!

Come and be a part of the rich heritage of music, preaching, ritual and ceremony that is offered in praise of God.

Our purpose is to be a city-based, Lutheran faith community sharing its gifts to the mutual benefit of the congregation and the broader community.

We invite you to join us for worship as a visitor to Brisbane or to see if this might be the right congregation for you. Our city congregation is known for its warm hospitality to all visitors, from throughout Australia and overseas, as well as its rich liturgical and musical traditions.

As we are an inner-city church, it is common for us to have interstate or international guests – some for one day, and others become temporary members due to an extended stay. Our small congregation is part of a larger international community through them. People of diverse backgrounds who live throughout the greater Brisbane area form the congregation. While most are Australian born, many come from various parts of the world and give our congregation an international flavour.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact Giselle Kim, our Office Coordinator.
